After a reinstall of Outlook I copied the old .pst file into the new
installation. Everything went fine except for the contacts folders. Prior to the install I used 2 contacts folders (Contacts and OurBus). I got both to be recognized by outlook during check names. However, I can't delete the Contacts folder created when the reinstall was done. The instructions seem to imply that this is done by simply deleting the folder in My Contacts but there are only two folders listed and both are the ones I want. I know Outlook still thinks its there because Check Names still shows it. Thanks Tom |
