When I want to send multiple e-mails I hit "new" then I hit "to..." to reveal
my contact lists. I need to add a field "company" so I choose my contacts to send to. How do I add a this field ion the view box when I view my contacts. HELP. TXC |

Hi Brian,
I suppose I should find a dictionary but I am assuming "immutable" means I can't add a field, correct? So I have to choose contacts by name only? Thats a drag! I have the same problem. I need to be able to select the contact by company!
It looks like Outlook Express is more able to do this than the Pro version of Outlook. Bad design of program!
