Default Contact details "User-defined fields"

I have a few defined fields I created that I want to display as part of my
address card view on two computers. I made a new view under my account on one
system and now want to move the view I created to another system under
another profile.

What's the file I want to backup or send to that other account as to avoid
recreating the wheel?

See http://www.outlook-tips.net/howto/copy_views.htm. Note that you will have to create the user-defined fields in the other folder. Copying the view doesn't copy the field definitions.
