2 computers home & work. How do I move my contacts back and forth?
I constantly update my contacts but have not found a way to take the ones I
input at work and add them to home and vice versa. HOw do I avoid dupes and can I transfer multiple folders?

You have posted no information. We have no idea why you would even expect
your two Outlook versions to be connected. Tell us why you think they should be.
