When I send out "mass" email to my customers, about 10% bounce. Is there a
way to filter out the Contact records with bad email addresses and delete them? Some way to match the email addresses in the body of the "bounced" receipts with the email address in the Contact's email field? What I'm currently doing is: individually finding the email address in the bounced receipt looking up that contact Deleting or amending the Contact record. Thanks, Mark Flynn |

Nothing like that is built into Outlook. Many companies make list management software to handle that chore for you.
