When attempting to add an ACT! address book to Outlook 2003, I get an error
message that says "db name could not be opened. It may be locked or have an out of date schema. Please check the data base path, user name, and password, or update the database's schema." I get to this error by - clicking "Email Accounts" from the Tools menu, - clicking "Add new directory or address book" then click Next - clicking "Additional Address Books", then click Next - highlight "ACT! Address Book", then click Next The database file path and user name I specify match what ACT! uses to open the database; I leave the password blank as it has none defined. What is it asking me to do? Thanks……. Shofco |
