I am trying to import contact data from Excel to Outlook. Records are
arranged in Rows, with column headings for Name, Email etc, but when it imports it is importing each individual data field as a separate contact. Help! |

Did you create a single named range for the rows and columns you want to import? DId you double-check the field mapping?

I am having the same problem. I have gone through the instructions more than
5X and still the same thing happens. I have verified the name range, made sure all of the mapping is correct and the data still comes out as individual contacts. Any additional help would be greatly appreciated. "Sue Mosher [MVP-Outlook]" wrote: Did you create a single named range for the rows and columns you want to import? Do you get a different result if you save the data to be imported as a ..csv file and import that file instead of the spreadsheet?
