Import Excel to Outlook creates separate records for each fiel
How did you "add a .csv step"? Someone else told me to do this, but i don't
know how! "wizbard" wrote: Never mind. I imported successfully by adding a .csv step to the process. I just meant that I saved the Excel file I wanted to import as a .csv file (instead of .xls) and then imported the .csv into Outlook, after making sure I had everything mapped correctly.
