Hello,
I've been entering some contacts recently and noticed that when I enter more than two names in the "children" field, with the names separated by commas, Outlook alphabetizes all but the last name. For example, if I enter Jackie, Heather, and Isabel, Outlook changes it automatically to Heather, Jackie, and Isabel. Is there any way to turn this off? I want to order the children's names from oldest to youngest, so the autoformatting sometimes prevents the ordering I want. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Nigel |
