printing outlook 2003 contacts in one category only
in outlook 2003 i have 100 different categories and I want to print only the
contacts in one specific category. I highlight those names in the particular category but when I go to print the preview shows 20 pages with every category showing. How can I print only the contacts in one specific category? Thanks,

thanks brian for taking the time to help. I tried to create a view that only
shows one category but didn't succeed. It seemed like whatever I did changed the view of every category but wouldn't show just one category in a particular view. any suggestions? thanks!
