Default distribution lists

Someone sends me an email with a large distribution list as the addressee. I
want to use that same DL, how do I copy/insert/add to Outlook so that I can
use it as my own for future addressing?

You can try this if your version supports it:

We'd have no idea. You never mentioned your version.

Thanks Russ for the attemp, but step where you paste in to "Select members",
nowhere was the ability to "Paste". I am running Outlook 2000 SP-3.
