"The Contacts folder could not be found."
Some users are reporting that when they right-click on an email address from
a message they've received and select "add to Outlook contacts" they receive the following message: "cannot perform the requested operation. The command selected is not valid for this recipient. Unable to add receipients to contacts. The contacts folder could not be found." They also get the message "The contacts folder could not be found." when attempting to create a new distribution list. Any suggestions? -- Joe Grispi
