Outlook Import of VCARD only doing 1st record

Default Outlook Import of VCARD only doing 1st record

I am trying to import an address book saved in VCARD format into OUTLOOK2002.
I've verified the file has all the records, but the import is only bringing
in the 1st record in the file. Anyone know what I can do to get them all
brought over?
