Printing a contact list with statistics?

When I print a contact list I also want to print the number of entries in the
list, or the number of entries on the page. I want to put this information
the header or the footer. I know how to add the number of pages or the date
printed to the header or footer, and I am wondering if there are field codes
for other statistics.

Outlook has no support for any of that.
