Hard to say since you did not post precise information that tell sus what
you are doing. I assume you are aware that in Outlook/Word 2002/2003 there is an extra step required to create mailing labels. Instructions he http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=284401 -- Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook] "CH" wrote in message news ![]() I have created mailing lables from older versioins of outlook in the recent past. Currently i am having difficulty with outlook 2003. i am able to select all contacts, set up lable, merge specific fields (ie address block) and even merge what appears to be all my data. I have over 100 contacts for which i am creating respective mailing lables. My problem is when I print all pages I only get the first page of mailing lables. Does anyone know what I may be doing wrong? Thanks, CH |
