How do I use nicknames in an e-mail mail merge?
I want to send out an e-mail to people in my Outlook Contact database. I
have everything figured out about how to do this except how to tell the programs to put the nickname in the greeting (rather than the first name) when there is one, and to use the first name when there isn't. How do I do this?
