customize address cards in outlook 2003

I would like to add the miscellaneous fields of the general tab of the
Address cards view. I have added the columns to the phone list view and I
can see them in the address cards, but when the card detail is opened the
fields are not visible.

Any assistance would be much appreciated.

Sounds like you have not customized the actual contact form itself. See http://www.outlookcode.com/d/contactform.htm
