Default can send to individuals - not group

We are using Outlook 2002 - We are able to send to individuals - one or two/
email but unable to send to group. When we send to one or two - we type in
the address. When we try to send to group we click on the catagory action
new message to contact. The addresses show correctly. The individuals send ok
but the group comes back with an error message of undeliverability. Any
ideas???

Explain what you mean by group.
If you mean a Distribution List, what happens if you send a message just to
this DL?

No it wasnt a DL. I put certain contacts into catagories and then tried to
email from the catagoryusing: action new message to contact. I believe I
fixed my problem. I was able to find our 2003 Professional edition disk and
ran an upgrade. Seems like things are working - for the moment! Thanks for
all your expertise!
