I am using Offixe XP Pro.
In my Outlook contacts I have US, French and German addresses. The relevant ZIP/Postal Codes are entered in rhe relavant field of the Contact Address . When I try to do a mail merge for labels the labels with US addresses print correctly (City, State, ZIP) but the French and German addresses now also print the ZIP/Postal Code AFTER the city instead of infront of the city. How can I get the mail merge (to Word) to print both US and the French and German addresses correctly? I don't really want to do two separate mail merges (US and then French and German). Thank You for any advice. |
