Go to the Tools menu Email accounts command. Select "View/Change existing
directories or address books" and click Next. Highlight Outlook Address Book and click Change. Select "File As" in the "Show names by" section "kswillard" wrote in message news ![]() How can something so simple become so aggrivating?!?!? Vince,
Thanks for the reply. However, it doesn't fix my issue. I did what you said. When I click "Full name" under the contact infpr and make sure the first name and last name are in the right place, then I select under "File as" Last name, First name it still shows up in my address book as First name last name. When I try to play with the coma, it gets further screwy. I don't get it. Kevin "Vince Averello [MVP-Outlook]" wrote: Go to the Tools menu Email accounts command. You need to restart Outlook to see the changes.

Russ, thanks!!
Vince, sorry, I had to say your answer didn't help. It did get me in the right direction, but restarting Outlook brought it all together. I appreciate all your replies...you too Brian!
