Default Customising the (GAL) Outlook addressbook

Hi there,
I need help. Im trying to customize the outlook addressbook so that i can
dictate the fields displayed. for example i would like to get rid of the
e-mail-type fied and the Alias. I would also like to chang the E-mail-Adresse
so that the smtp address is shown insted of the x400 address. Erasing the
x-400 address is not an option.
Be graeatful for any tips. I guess its a for that can be modified but i dont
know where to find it.
all the best
Conor
