Default Desktop Shortcut for viewing contacts

In Outlook 2003, i want to directly access different contact "views" from the
start menu. The contacts are all in 1 folder, and I have several "customized
views" set up with filters. I want to select which "customized view" that
Outlook will open, without having to open Outlook and select the view.
Additionally, I should be able to have several of the views open at the same
time, that I selected from different shortcuts.
ANY IDEAS???????????????????????
