Display As Field
Is there anyway to "map" the Display As field? I've initially imported over
1300 contacts from two databases in Outlook. These contacts are now being exported to a new organizer. Ultimately, the organizer and computer will "sync" for new entries. However right now, the Display As field is showing all of the ", Inc." entries as "Inc,...." I'd rather not spend a couple of hours correcting each entry. Is there any file type that can be created, saved, and then imported in a way that permit mapping the "Display As" field?? Thanks for the hlep! -- Margaret
