Ok. I completely uninstalled office. I removed all the software. Then I completely re-installed the office software. Now, when I add a new contact and click, "Save and Close" I get the following message: "The messaging interface has returned an unknown error. If the problem persists, restart Outlook". Of course I have several times. It still won't keep the contact. Also, when I goto "File:Import and Export" or "File: Data File Management" Nothing happens. I mean, nothing happens. I never said anything about uninstalling and reinstalling. That won't help a
thing. I said to repair your data file using the Inbox Repair Tool. Then create a new profile from scratch.
