Outlook check for duplicate contacts
According to the help in Outlook it says that if you try to save a duplicate
contact it will ask you if you want to add the new contact or update the existing. I am not getting prompted with this dialogue box and the check box is checked uder tools, options, contact options,"check for duplicate contacts". Any ideas? -- Thanks for your help.
