Not an Outlook question. Outlook uses the Windows dialer. Consult one of the
OS or shell groups or Help files that can explain how Windows uses dialing rules. -- Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook] "Benjamin" wrote in message ... Hi, i am currently using microssoft Outlook 2003.
