Default Contacts file gone!

My contacts file is gone, and I can't access my personal file folder. I have
reinstalled Office 2000 Professional, but still nothing. I tried to use the
Inbox Repair Tool, but that won't work. I can't recover my archive pst's, I
keep getting an error message that will not let me open the file. Hope this
is enough info.
Thanks
