Default Strange contacts issue..

Recently after upgrading from Stand Alone w/s to Exchange connected
PCs. Users sometimes get an error when sending to distribution groups
in their Contacts folders. I find when adding the groups to the to:
line and trying to expand the group you get the error of "The Command
Selected Is Not Valid For Recipient" however if you go into the contact
list and right click and choose New Message to Contact it works fine.

Any ideas? All PC are using Outlook 2003 with the newest patches.
