Default I just imported contacts and LOST all my EMAIL ADDRESSES

Help! I just imported all my contacts with email addresses, on import I
chose to have duplicates overwrite existing contacts to reflect changes and
additions I made and ALL my email addresses are now BLANK.

Please help. Thanks. -Kathleen
