I imported a list of tab deliminated contacts (First name, last name and
email address) from a .txt file into Outlook 2002. Everything mapped well, but Outlook is not recognizing the email addresses. Is there an easy fix that I can do, other than re-keying the email addresses? The import had about 150 names. |

There's no information here.
Explain more clearly what you did. Explain what you mean by "Outlook is not recognizing the email addresses." What do you see when you examine the email address field of a Contact Record? -- Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook] "Randy Bremgartner" Randy wrote in message ... I imported via the import export function a tab deliminated .txt file, that
included first and last name and email address. If I try to send an email or add one of the contacts to a distribution list, the email address does not come up. There is only a ; or ,. I can see the email address in the contact layout. "Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook]" wrote: There's no information here. Explain more clearly what you did. Not much better. "The email address does not come up" still tells us
nothing. I suspect you did not map fields correctly. http://support.microsoft.com/default...Product=ol2002 -- Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook] "Randy Bremgartner" wrote in message news ![]() I imported via the import export function a tab deliminated .txt file, that included first and last name and email address.
