I have several contacts entered in OUTLOOK. I do not use Outlook for email
purposes, but only to store contact info. I have 30 names entered. However, I noticed when I used MS Word to print envelops and I clicked on the contact icon within the Envelope/Label option, only 8 names appear. The same list appears if I were in Outlook and I had a contact opened. The "book" (contact icon) located at the end of the email entry line displays this same list. Why aren't the other 22 names showing up. I use Office XP. Thanks, Les |
