When I take a Word or Excel Document and SEND TO: MAIL RECIPIENT it goes into
my Outlook like normal. Instead of hitting the TO box, I type in "Switch" to let it automatically find SWITCHBOARD'S email address. It always bring up 2 addresses, the top one being the wrong one (spelled incorrectly). I can't find the wrong addressess to delete it, anywhere. Any help would be much appreciated. I couuld send a picture of the problem if anyone would like to help me out.. Thanks. |
