Can't send a message using group contact.
I have 2 PCs with the same outlook. The first one recognized the group and
the other one doesn't. I re-created the group on the new one, but whenever I send a email using the group it doesn't recognize it. "Microsoft office does not recognize 'New Group' " |

Can't send a message using group contact.
I resolved this on my own.
Tools -- email accounts -- Add a new directory or address book -- Additional Address books -- Select Personal address book. Just to clarify what I stated. I have 2 PCs with 2 separate MS office versions loaded, but I use the same email server. "Dee Dee" wrote: I have 2 PCs with the same outlook. I'm using the latest version of Outlook, so I'm not sure where you're coming from. Thanks, Dee Dee |

Maybe that's why I had to turn it on. Thanks for the help. Dee Dee |

That would depend on your version, which you should always mention.
