Gurus,
I manage a small organization running Exchange 2003 on Server 2003. All clients are Outlook 2003. There are about 10 users, and almost email is sent to addresses on the same basic list. Address list were in different states and content differed from computer to computer, and at time chaos reigned, so I figured out how to make one central list using the Public Folders. Can I now go to the individual clients, and change the default Contact list, so that when the 'Contacts' button is pressed, it points to the new 'shared' Contact list in the public folders instead of something local? Also, is there a more 'correct' way to set up a centrally accessible address list than the one I've mentioned? Thanks in advance for your advice, -Michael |
