Lets make it less vague.
a) I want to send someone an email b) I click the "new" icon c) I click "to" d) a dialog box of contacts appears, colums, Name, Display Name, E-mail Address In the contact properties, Name = Full name, there is also File as, and Display as Search has radio buttons Name and All Fields If one clicks All Fields, I would assume that one would be able to search all fields in the contact.
