I have MS Office XP Pro with Outlook 2002. When I try to export contacts in
CVS (windows) format, I get to the step: "Select folder to export from", but no folders or files appear in the box. What could be the problem? -- Dan |

Not enough information to say.
Are all importers and exporters installed? What information store are you using? What steps are you using? -- Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook] "Dan" wrote in message ... Use the Office Maintenance Wizard to see which Outlook features are
installed. Information store means where your Outlook Data resides: a local PST file or an Exchange mailbox. -- Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook] "Dan" wrote in message ... It's in Control Panel Add/Remove or on the Office CD.
