My distribution lists show up before the alpha sorting of my contacts, but
they are not in any particular order that I can see. I want to sort them alphabetically also. Is there a way? |

Yes, I'm sure.
I created, for example, distribution lists titled: Logicalis Invoice Intercall Third Floor IT and that is how they are sorted. I did not create them in that order and they are not aphabetical, so I am stumped! "Brian Tillman" wrote: L. Office 2003 and address card view. Also, my fields a company, full name,
mailing address, etc. and the sort is company, last name. If that helps . . .. Thanks so much! "Brian Tillman" wrote: L. Lilja wrote: Yes, I'm sure. I tested this and what I see is all my DLs in the order in which they were created, all the contacts that have no company field sorted by last name, then all the contacts that do have company fields, sorted by company first, then last name within the company. -- Brian Tillman |
