Hi there,
I am presently trying to reorganize and better manage my Outlook 2003 Contacts. I am wondering if it is possible to add a new contact and add them to a distribution list in one step; is this even possible? Thanks in advance for your assistance. -- Chris Akiyama |

Separate Contacts folders and categories are the preferred management tools. -- Brian Tillman |

How to mail merge? In Outlook, click Help, then enter "mail merge" in the search field. -- Brian Tillman |
