Default Consulting help needed in Tampa area to develop contact forms

I am looking to customize some contact forms with public folders, etc using
Outlook 2003 on SBS 2003 with Exchanger Server as well.

Need advice on best options, also have BCM running.

I do not have the time to learn all this myself, several attempts to create
forms have not resulted in what we need.

Is there someone in the Tampa Bay area interested in a contract to help do
all this for us? We need the help

Thanks
David Hayes
