Default Outlook Address Book Service & Ris Image

Hello

We use Microsoft Ris to image our machines with WinXP sp 2 and Office xp sp3.

Once built, a user will login to the domain and if they are a member of a
global group, then a *.pf file is used to configure their outlook.

For some reason, when users login now, Outlook gets configured but the OAB
is either not installed as a service, or it is installed but not ticked on
the contacts properties.

I have read that this property is held on the Exchange server and not
locally which confuses me even more! I don't know where to start looking to
troubleshoot this problem: is it my image, is it the configuration file or is
it the Exchange Server?!

thanks
Trace
