Default Outlook 2003 - Sharing Contacts

I have followed to instructions to add another user's Contacts folder so that
their address book displays (e.g., when using mail merge in Word
2003)---create a new Outlook profile, etc. Everything works as it should, but
when you initially add the other user's mailbox (to select the option to show
this folder as an e-mail addressbook), you have access to all of that user's
folders (Inbox, Calendar, Tasks, etc.).

Is there a workaround for this, since it could present a security issue.
Also, is there any other method to use to add another user's Contacts folder
so that the address book displays. Thanks in advance.

For Outlook 2003, you're stuck with the way it now works. Outlook 2007 will make the sharing process much easier and more secure.
