Default How to delete blank contact list in Outlook 2003?

Because "Contact Manager" is not available to me, to send emails to multiple
contacts I click the icon next to the "To" field. This opens a window for
selecting a folder of contacts from which i can select the needed addresses.
There is a blank folder which is the default. How can I delte this blank
folder, or at least change the default? Thank you.
