Default Outlook Contacts Search engine ... Use Black Berry Format

I love the way the Black Berry searches names and companies.

I find it hard to search for companies, I find myself using my BB to find
contacts.

Sorry - Blackberry probably owns that - why would Microsoft license
something when suggestions like this are few and far between?
