Default Address Book empty after installing latest security upgrades

I installed the XP Cumlative Security Updates this morning and after
rebooting, my Outlook Express address book is empty. I've searched for .csv
and other files that might have contained the database. Has anyone else
experienced this problem as a result of installing the latest security
updates?
