Finding contacts in Outlook Web Access

I have solved the problem. Thanks very much for your patience. I eventually realised that I needed to go to BT and they were able to put me on the right track "Milly Staples [MVP - Outlook]" wrote: Repost to an Exchange group as OWA is not a part of Outlook, but Exchange.
