You can try to repair the profile. See

fails, you'll need a new profile.

The two [Personal Folders] listsing, one has a different icon to the
left of it. One has little clock and house over what looks like a sheet

paper. The other has just what looks like a row of three folders behind

other.
I have looked at properties, and they both seem to be identical.
