is it possible to "lock" toolbars in place?
Every time I start outlook, the toolbars are in "default" positions and take
up 4 rows. I move them where I want them , and taking up only 2 rows. Is there a way to "save" the layout and positions so that next time I close and restart outlook the toolbars are where i want them?
