I have a user with Outlook 2003 who wants to re-arrange his Outlook
Toolbars in his New Message Window. I have organized the toolbars the way he wants them and as long as he has his Outlook Open they will stay in place. However, when you close Outlook and then re-open it, the toolbars are arranged differently. Basically I want to place one of the toolbars below the Subject Line, but after I reopen Outlook that toolbar moves above the To line. What needs to be done to lock this toolbar into the location he wants it? I have recreated this toolbar twice but that didn't help. |
