Each time I launch Outlook 2003, I get "An extension failed to initialize.
Can't open extend.dat. The file may not exist, you may not have permission to open it ..." Doesn't seem to impact any functionality, but it's a pain for the msg to pop up each time I launch the product. Anyone else out there find / fix this? |

Try deleting it. See http://www.slipstick.com/config/backup.htm for file locations.
