When I open Outlook I get two boxes one on the uper left corner that reads
Migrating Account Settings Migrant preferences importing user data. The other box reads; can't open your default e-mail folder, -- The info store could not be open. I don't have any options except to click on this second box which kicks me out completely. Does any one have an idea as to how to fix this? This is not a trial version, nor a trial version was installed previously. Outlook was installed succesfully to my laptop. |
